Please be advised that the Cordova Collection Center will be closed tomorrow January 31, 2026 due to staffing shortages. We apologize for the inconvenienc! All of our other station will be open normal hours. Cordova Collection Center will be back open Tuesday, February 3, 2026

Polycart Service: All trash must be bagged or barrels will not be serviced.

All dump trailers must be taken to Alcalde Transfer Station. El Prado and Cordova are only permitted to take small amounts of solid waste. We cannot exceed the amount of a pickup truck at these locations.

At this time we are not accepting Green Waste, We encourage all customers with green waste to apply for a burn permit with the Rio Arriba County Fire Department.

Please be advised that Landfill closures and weather (such as heavy rains, high winds, snow, power outages, etc.) may cause closures at our Transfer Stations and Collection Centers.
